1. WELCOME:

TB welcomed everyone and thanked them for attending.

2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE:

3. REASON FOR HOLDING EGM:

Due to the current climate and changes within the NHS and the activities of the Group some amendments and additions are required to the Constitution.

4. PROPOSED CHANGES TO CONSTITUTION

TB explained the proposed additions and amendments to the Constitution.

5. VOTE ON THE PROPOSED NEW CONSTITUTION:

An overwhelming majority agreed to the proposed changes and they were approved as of 20^th September 2007.

6. THE WAY FORWARD:

TB informed members the new constitution would now be formalised and issued to each member.

There was nothing further to discuss and the meeting closed at 7:30pm.
